Sensors

Sensors are essential in industrial automation to detect the presence of objects or parts, inspect the integrity or correct assembly, measure the dimension, distance or positioning.

Photoelectric sensors are available in many different sizes, versions, and functionalities, ranging from the smallest to the fastest objects, clear or shiny surfaces, colour or invisible fluorescent marks, and dimension or distance measurement.

Inductive proximity sensors are specific for metal parts detection at short distance, also in harsh environments with dust, liquids, oil, or grease.

Capacitive sensors are used for detecting liquids or powder, also inside opaque and non-metal containers.

Ultrasonic sensors are suitable for transparent object detection (plastic film, glass, labels), with distance measurement capability.

Accessories include brackets and cables, IO-Link Master, fibre optics and reflectors for photoelectric sensors.

Manufacturing applications are widespread in automotive and electronics plants; food & beverage and pharmaceutical, processing and packaging machinery; woodworking, metalworking, textile, ceramic, glass, stones, paper, and more.

Ultrasonic Sensors

These ultrasonic sensors are based on run-time measurement of the ultrasonic in the air and determine position and distance from objects. We have access to a full range of ultrasonic sensors and can look to help you with any application you may have.

Inductive sensors

Inductive sensors are used for position indication, impulse or motion detector for metallic objects. The sensor has no moving parts and is therefore suitable for applications with high contact frequency. Due to the compact and easy-mounted design of the sensor as well as the contact-free function, the sensor is normally not subjected to mechanical wear. We can offer a range of units from M5 to M30 in cylindrical formats, as well as a range of rectangular units.

Capacitive sensors

Level control is achieved with our capacitive sensors, which measure liquids, bulk material, conductive liquids and pastes. Range includes Easy mount, 26 series and levelmaster.

SVS Sensor

The Smart-VS can detect the presence of parts such as a cap or label on bottles or vials, on any material or surface including glass, plastic, metal, and shiny objects. Typical applications include filling, closing, and packaging machines but the versatility of the Smart-VS makes it suitable for use in other sectors such as automotive or automatic assembly of mechanical or electronic parts. It also finds some it's greatest uses in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics packaging sectors.
