travelling sales engineers we are never far away if customers require a personal visit.

Our business strategy is built on close relations with over 30 suppliers from around Europe and Asia.
All of them are highly specialised in their product areas, and often market leading within their segment.  This conscious selection of suppliers provides our range with a width and depth that is unique on the market.  OEM Automatic is an important partner for the manufacturer and often influences their product development.

Helpful sales personnel
The primary mission for our sales personnel is to visit our customers and build up long-term business
relationships.  To be able to preserve the special skills required for each product programme, our salesmen only work with products from one division.   Sales personnel receive constant training on new products and techniques that guarantee they can always operate as a helping hand in product selection for each application.

Quick and reliable deliveries
An important part of our business concept is to offer quick and reliable deliveries.
The majority of the products displayed in our catalogues are available for immediate delivery direct from our 1000m2 storage facility in Leicester where over 7,000 different items are held.
Our warehouse personnel are responsible for ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
All orders for stock products received before 4.30pm are despatched the same day.

Returned goods & complaints
OEM Automatic receives very few complaints, however nobody is perfect.  To be able to give the best service to our customers we have a returned goods department who examine returned and defective products aiming to process all returned goods within 3 days of receipt.

Assembly work and product modifications
OEM has the facility to make small modifications to standard products.  Ready-made sub-assemblies containing components from our range can be ordered using just one item number.
This can shorten delivery times, saves you assembly time and speeds up the ordering process.
